Terms & Conditions

Welcome to At Home Cleaning. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 50% payment of the hours normally charged. No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service fee.

Access to Your Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaners can access your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain access (due to locked doors, gates, or absence of a key), a call-out fee of 50% of the hours normally charged will apply, and the clean may not proceed depending on the daily schedule.

Pricing & Payments

Once we receive your booking request, we will schedule a property visit to assess your home and provide a personalised quote. Pricing is based on factors such as the size of the property, number of rooms and bathrooms, level of cleaning required, and any additional services needed. A final quote will be provided before any work begins. Payment is required on the day of service via bank transfer, cash, or another agreed-upon method.

Damage or Breakage

We take every precaution while cleaning your home, but accidents can happen. In the rare event that something is damaged, we will notify you as soon as possible. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items that are not removed prior to cleaning. Please remove valuable or delicate items before our visit.

Client Responsibilities

To allow our team to clean effectively, we ask that all floors are clear and surfaces are accessible. If areas are heavily cluttered or blocked, those sections may not be cleaned. We do not move heavy furniture or handle dishes.

Liability

We aim to provide high-quality, reliable cleaning services, but we cannot be held liable for any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Health & Safety

We prioritise the health and safety of our team. We do not clean areas that pose health risks, hazardous substances, or pest-infested spaces. Please inform us in advance if there are any risks we should be aware of.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publishing.
